Adam J. Bennett

A highly regarded legal professional, Adam hails from Central Ohio. After graduating from Big Walnut High School, he pursued his passion for business management, earning a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University. Continuing his education, Adam enrolled at The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law, where he specialized in civil law, delving into the intricacies of the legal field.

At Cooke Demers, Adam provides valuable assistance to small business clients. His services include formation, entity selection, operating agreement or bylaw drafting, collections, and litigation. Moreover, Adam has been instrumental in guiding non-profit organizations through the formation process, proudly serving as counsel for Esports Ohio—a groundbreaking, educational, non-profit esports organization and league created by teachers for students.

In estate planning, Adam extends his legal insight to clients, addressing critical matters such as wills, advance directives, and trust drafting. His expertise also extends to probate cases, where he represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the administration of estates and trusts. Outside of his professional and volunteer endeavors, Adam finds joy in family life. He resides in Johnstown with his wife, Codi, and their four wonderful children.
